Customs & Taxes
Orders shipped within the European Union are sent from France and will not incur additional customs duties or import taxes.
Orders shipped to Switzerland and the rest of the world are sent from Switzerland. Please note that customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. We recommend checking with your local customs office if in doubt.
We are based in Switzerland and France, we do not charge VAT.

Return Policy
We accept exchanges within 7 days of delivery.
Returned items must include original packaging and be in perfect condition.
Used or worn items cannot be returned unless found defective upon arrival.
To request an exchange, please email us with your order number and reason for return.
You will receive a store credit or a replacement item of your choice.
Please return the item within 14 days of receiving approval.
